  • Respond to your project inquiries and provide tailored design quotes.

  • Deliver web design, development, and consulting services.

  • Manage our business relationship, including sending invoices, project updates, and contracts.

  • Comply with South African tax and legal obligations.

I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

To run a high-performance freelance business, I use select third-party applications to handle administrative tasks. Your data may be processed through these secure platforms where necessary:

  • Invoicing & Accounting: Secure invoicing and financial records are processed through Zoho.

  • Contracts & Signatures: Digital agreements and creative contracts are handled via Dropbox Sign.

  • International Payments: Bank transfers and international transactions are facilitated safely through Wise.

Each of these providers maintains strict security standards and complies with international data protection regulations.

4. Data Security & Storage

I implement robust security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your digital records are stored securely, and I limit access to personal details to ensure confidentiality throughout our project lifecycle.
